Ross Hardin is a dynamic executive with a proven track record of leadership and results in finance and operations. As the COO/CFO of Ragab Law Firm, he spearheads strategic financial planning and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, Ross implements innovative solutions to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

Before joining the firm, Ross held key roles as CFO, investor, and advisor for Laborjack, Rentgrata, and several other organizations. In these positions, he oversaw multiple financing rounds and led financial planning and analysis functions. Prior to that, Ross served as Vice President of Capital Transactions at Alden Torch Financial/Hunt Capital Partners, where he was responsible for underwriting, negotiating, and closing over $2.2 billion in multifamily deals.

Ross is a war history enthusiast who enjoys skiing, golfing, tennis, and running with family and friends. His strong commitment to leadership development and deep expertise in scaling companies using business intelligence make him a valuable asset to the Ragab Law Firm.
