About:
Moses Suh is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of experience in criminal law. A former prosecutor with the City of Denver, Moses brings invaluable expertise to his practice. Before joining the Ragab Law Firm, Moses served as the Assistant Director of the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where he led the Prosecution and Code Enforcement Section. In this role, he managed a team of 30+ attorneys and worked closely with the public, City Council members, law enforcement, the courts, city agencies, and community organizations to enhance public safety and address critical quality-of-life issues.
Moses played a pivotal role in overseeing the prosecution of Denver Municipal Ordinance Violations, skillfully handling a myriad of state misdemeanor offenses, including assaults, theft, prostitution, domestic violence, and trespassing. His extensive experience navigating complex legal matters, often hand-in-hand with law enforcement, makes him specially qualified to understand the gravity of criminal cases and how deeply it impacts those charged, as well as their families.
Before joining the Denver City Attorney’s Office, Moses served as a Senior Deputy District Attorney at the Denver District Attorney’s Office for 12 years, honing his skills in specialty units such as Intake and Family Violence. With over 90 trials to his credit, Moses has successfully prosecuted a wide range of serious criminal cases, including homicides, sexual assaults, aggravated assaults and robberies, crimes against children, and complex drug offenses, among others. His extensive trial experience, deep knowledge of law enforcement, and tested advocacy over the years has honed Moses into a skilled and relentless advocate for his clients.
Moses earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008, followed by a Legal Master’s in Taxation in 2009. He currently serves as a board member for the Aurora Housing Authority, where he is committed to advancing affordable housing solutions for the community. He resides in the Denver metro area with his wife and three children. Outside of his professional endeavors, Moses is an avid cyclist, regularly participating in century rides, and a passionate snowboarder who enjoys chasing storms for fresh powder.
