Bobby is a dedicated Client Success Manager fluent in both English and Spanish, with extensive experience as a customer service sales executive. With a proven track record of delivering results where others have fallen short. Over the past 30 years, Bobby has led sales and customer care organizations, managing teams ranging from 15 to 11,000 representatives across both domestic and international markets.
His professional journey includes successful tenures at Dish Network, Time Warner Cable, Intel, Verizon, and Charter Communications. Notably, while at Dish Network, Bobby was part of the team that earned the prestigious JD Power and Associates Quality Award. This achievement was driven by his expertise in change management, ensuring the call center organization embraced and committed to a new standard of customer excellence.
Prior to joining Ragab Law Firm, Bobby held a Product Director position at Intel and Verizon in Silicon Valley, where he was honored with the President’s Award for his innovative work in CRM logic design. He also served as a guest speaker at Dreamforce, the world’s largest software conference, presenting on the topic, “How to Create a Successful Logic in Your CRM.”
Outside of his professional life, Bobby is a competitive ultramarathoner and an active member of a local race team. A true connoisseur of coffee, he takes pride in roasting his own beans, reflecting his passion for craftsmanship both in and out of the workplace.
