About:
Shannon joined our team in 2024 as a Senior Litigation Paralegal with 15 years of experience working in the Colorado legal community assisting attorneys practicing business law, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, civil litigation, small claims matters, and other areas of law including insurance defense law, and first-party insurance claims.
Shannon is from the Southwestern part of New Mexico and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice from Western New Mexico University, with a certificate in paralegal studies. Shannon plays a vital role in ensuring our attorneys meet critical court deadlines while providing dedicated support to our clients. She efficiently facilitates the flow of essential information between clients and attorneys, helping to build strong cases. As a reliable and proactive team player at Ragab Law Firm, Shannon is instrumental in keeping our attorneys well-prepared for trial.
Shannon is a true believer in the motto “work hard, play hard” and when she’s not at the firm making deadlines, she is spending all the time she can outside with her dog Littlefoot, hiking and biking up and down Colorado’s mountain trails. Shannon brings positive energy when she is in the office, and you can guarantee she will always try her best to get you to smile.
