About:
Ms. Turlington has spent almost 15 years providing counsel to businesses of all sizes in Texas and Colorado, from startups with only a few employees to highly matrixed Fortune 500 companies. With deep experience ranging from new business structuring, contract development and negotiation, legal operations, and general counsel services all the way to highly specialized healthcare regulatory issues including value-based care regulation, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sark law, False Claims Act, HIPAA, and compliance investigations, Ms. Turlington is prepared to provide sound legal guidance to businesses of all kinds. In her current role at the Ragab Law Firm, she is passionate about doing big things for small and mid-sized businesses.
Prior to joining the Ragab Law Firm, Ms. Turlington served as in-house counsel for DaVita, serving in multiple roles supporting almost every business unit within the organization at one point or another during her tenure and earning the trust of legal and compliance colleagues and business clients alike by providing practical and clear guidance.
