Meet Lara Rausch
About:
Lara Rausch is the Senior Attorney specializing in Domestic Relations Law at The Ragab Law Firm P.C.
Drawn to law at an early age, Ms. Rausch has a natural passion for analyzing high-conflict situations and searching out the truth. She was born and raised in Delaware and attended the University of Delaware, where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.
Ms. Rausch studied law at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During law school, she served as President of the Criminal Law Society, worked in local legal clinics, and helped establish nonprofit organizations, including a brain injury support group and a teenage domestic violence group in the Greater Pittsburgh area. While still a law student, Ms. Rausch was sworn in to practice under a special license and prosecuted minor offenses in her home state of Delaware.
Before joining the Ragab Law Firm, Ms. Rausch worked at local firms practicing domestic relations law, such as the Pearman Law Firm P.C. and the Harris Law Firm PLLP.
As an attorney at The Ragab Law Firm, Ms. Rausch is dedicated to assisting clients through their most challenging times. She understands that periods of change and emotional struggles can deeply impact a person’s daily life and future, as well as those of their loved ones.

Aiming to efficiently prepare clients for future success and stability, Ms. Rausch emphasizes educating clients about the law and legal processes while helping them avoid conflict so they can focus on meaningful, productive conversations.
Ms. Rausch serves on the Steering Committee for the Colorado Lawyers Committee Denver Legal Night and frequently volunteers with the Colorado Lawyers Committee, providing pro bono legal services to the greater Denver community.
In 2024, Ms. Rausch was nominated as a fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
In 2025, Ms. Rausch was accepted into the Downtown Denver Partnership’s prestigious Leadership program, which brings together leaders from various industries to work on large projects that improve and promote downtown Denver.
Ms. Rausch has been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
In her free time, Ms. Rausch is an avid skier, hiker, and road cyclist, depending on the season, and loves spending time with her family.
