Whether Joe is negotiating a high-stakes contract or providing strategic counsel, he has it covered with a smile and a dash of humor.

Joe provides a full spectrum of litigation representation and risk management advice for employment, corporate governance, compliance, and contracts, representing diverse industries. By leveraging legal, interpersonal, business knowledge, and analytical skills, he helps clients mitigate risk and develop policies and procedures and provide sound judgment for in-house and outside counsel on strategic transactions, commercial contract negotiations, litigation, settlements, regulatory compliance, and specialty matters.
