 About:

Mr. Hubbard has practiced in numerous areas of the law in his career, including business and real estate transactions, trademark law, estate planning, and as in-house corporate counsel. His diverse background in both law firm and in-house roles has given him the tools to assist with a broad range of issues any company might confront, including structuring and forming all types of business entities; business succession through acquisition, reorganization, business planning and/or asset and equity sales; financing transactions; negotiating and drafting contracts; trademark prosecution; healthcare regulations; customer data privacy; employment matters; litigation management; and general business counseling. His experience in-house saw him work as Corporate Counsel and Director of Risk Management for Prestige Care, Inc., a large Nursing Home and Assisted Living group based in Vancouver, Washington, and at National Storage Affiliates, a publicly traded private storage REIT with locations all over the United States and Puerto Rico. The time he spent working in these environments exposed him to the realities of running a business day to day in high paced and growth-oriented environments.

Mr. Hubbard assists his clients at every stage of their business’ lifecycle, from initial organization to day-to-day operations, all the way through a sale or retirement event. Mr. Hubbard’s goal is to ensure his clients’ needs are met in a cost-effective and creative manner. He is enthusiastic about his clients’ aspirations and finds great satisfaction in their successes.
