EJ Cox is an experienced commercial litigation attorney. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals and companies in all manner of business disputes including professional liability, breach of contract, civil theft, fraud, governance issues, and real estate.

Having obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance, he understands that litigation is expensive, and he works to leverage his understanding of the language of business to help his clients navigate the legal process as cost-effectively as he can. This knowledge also helps him see the bigger picture in litigation in crafting data-backed litigation strategies for his clients. EJ is currently licensed to practice law in Florida and is seeking admission to the Colorado Bar.

EJ spent the majority of his career working at a large law firm in Florida before moving to Colorado with his wife Ashley.
